(More customer reviews)This is the worst blue tooth I've ever owned overall. Design and style are great, color is nice, lighweight. However, voice quality is poor. It is a nice sleek design, but it only shines on the outside and is bad on the inside. Every time I make a call, people tell me I sound like a robot, with a lot of static, they can't hear me, and on my end; they sound very far and low, lots of static, its hard to understand someone. I have to constantly ask people to repeat themselves or they ask me the same or put words together that they heard and make up sentences. Earpiece that wraps around ear was very uncomfortable and always made my ear hurt. I would only wear it at work for like 2 hours and it was two hours of pain. I tried to remove the ear band to switch it to be able to put it on my left ear so my right ear could take a break and not hurt. It's not made to switch it, as I did this, I broke the clear plastic loop. This was a gift to me, but it's sad to say that I can't even use my bluetooth when Im driving. Id rather have someone on speaker than use it. I went as far as emailing samsung to see what warranty they offer, and its not my phone or service, because on my phone people sound good and I usually have full reception, as soon as I ask someone to wait while I put on my bluetooth the call sounds bad, or if I answer with my bluetooth on, its hard to understand overall.
