(More customer reviews)Overall a very good product. A lot of the USB battery packs on the market don't output enough power (mAh) to charge a modern smartphone. These phones simply drain their battery faster than the battery pack can change it. I couldn't find an exact specification of the power output of this pack, but I can testify it's enough to charge an EVO 4G during moderate to heavy use (GPS, data, etc). I'm sure iPhone and other Android users will have no problems either.
My only real complaint is that charge indicator. First there are only 4 bars. When you are talking about a device with two to three times the juice of a smartphone, 4 bars is not very specific. Second, on my pack the first LED indicator is already burning out. Fully charged it's barely visible.
I have couple of other complaints: the USB cover does even stay in place, if you accidentally unplug your phone even for a moment you have to press the power button on the battery pack again, wish it had a micro USB charging port rather than mini. But these are all nit picky, this product does it's primary function very well.
